The man who will use his skill and constructive imagination to see how much he can give for a dollar, instead of how little he can give for a dollar, is bound to succeed. – Henry Ford

Tip of the Week
Make one day per week the day to start working on your business and stop working in your business.
Most business owners/CEOs get wrapped up everyday in the day to day operations and tactical to do lists of their businesses they are working in their business not on their business. You have to work on your business to improve your business.
Tuesday is a great day… here is your new schedule:
- 7:00 to 8:00 Necessary things to get the day rolling (Phone, email text)
- 8:00 to 11:30 CLOSE THE DOOR. Do not be disturbed by the phone, email or texts. Work on things that can make your business better
- 11:30 to 12:00 Respond to the important emails, texts and phone calls.
- 12:00 to 1:00 Lunch and clear your head outside the office (walk and fresh air)
- 1:00 to 3:00 CLOSE THE DOOR. Do not be disturbed by the phone, email or texts. Work on things that can make your business better.
- 3:00 to 3:30 Last ½ hour make your to do list for the following Tuesday. Get ready for the next day.
- 3:30 Go home with an amazing feeling of accomplishment and enjoy your family!
The WHAT & WHY of Outsourcing
What is Outsourcing?
Outsourcing is the third party contracting of specific services that otherwise might be performed by in-house employees.
What is commonly Outsourced?
Accounting, payroll, billings and collections, financial and management reporting, administrative functions, tax compliance and preparation, corporate filings and record keeping, sales, marketing, and human resources.
Why would My Company Outsource?
For many, the decision to outsource is purely a financial one; does it cost more money for me to hire the professional talent in-house or to outsource? An increasing number of executives are finding that outsourcing can create a strategic advantage; hiring a professional to do a specific job can produce more meaningful results, at a lower cost and with less risk.
Successful outsourcing relationships enable business owners/CEOs to focus on what they do best…running the company. Outsourcing can eliminate the daily tactical to-do lists, working in the business, for business owners/CEOs and allow them to spend more time on the big picture and strategic initiatives working on the business.
A great outsourced accounting and finance service provider, can provide the right services and skill at the right time. The key is that the company only pays for the professional level of service it needs for the time it is needed. The company secures access to the highest level strategic financial expertise to propel its growth while maintaining its day-to-day accounting needs with the most cost-effective mix of talent. A Win…Win…
