Here’s what’s new in the world of real estate: Interest rates are dirt cheap… Rates have dropped to all time lows and financing is beginning to ease up. It will probably be quite a while for the easy doc loans to come back, but full doc loans are available right now. We have even seen some easing on non-owner occupied loans for investors. With the super low rate loans and rock bottom prices, I urge everyone to take a second look at real estate now… it may never be this reasonable to own real estate again in our lifetimes.
